To activate your card, you must call from the PRIMARY phone number of the primary member. This may be the home or the cell number as you specified. When asked, use the last four digits of the PRIMARY member’s social security number.

Because we are committed to safeguarding the funds entrusted to us by our members, the credit union implements enhanced security procedures for all outgoing wire transfer requests. A Wire Transfer Agreement must be completed at a branch location and signed in the presence of a Central Virginia Federal Credit Union employee to be kept on file. We will verify your identity and account ownership before honoring any Wire Transfer Agreements.
Direct Deposit is a free service that automatically deposits income into your checking or savings account. Income received from your employer, Social Security, pension and retirement plans, the Armed Forces, VA Benefits, tax refunds, and annuity or dividend payments may all qualify for Direct Deposit.

  • Account type your pay is to be deposited to either Savings or Checking
