Activate your new card by calling the number provided on the activation sticker. (A PIN is only needed if you plan to use your card at an ATM. If necessary, you can select a PIN during the activation of the card or by calling later.)
Can I use my card with digital wallets? Yes, but it will not be immediate. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks (after April 13) for this feature to become fully available.
eZCardInfo and Card Suite Lite have been replaced with “My Cards” in cuOnline | cuMobile for consumer cardholders and SpendTrack for business users. New credit card transactions and enhanced functionality will be available by logging in to cuOnline | cuMobile and choosing “My Cards.” Business cardholders will click the link to SpendTrack.
Joint member cardholders: Because these are brand new, the system will indicate that the last 4 digits do not match. Key the last 4 digits a second time and you will be given the opportunity to type all 16 numbers. That will allow you to get through the activation process.
